Article IV
Membership

Section 1. Former players, coaches, managers, or administrators of the Army Football Team are eligible for membership in the Army Football Club (AFC). First Classmen are given a complimentary, one year membership, upon completion of their playing career.

Section 2. Any person eligible for membership as provided in Section 1 of this article will become a regular, voting member in good standing upon payment of dues as provided in Article VIII hereof.

Section 3. Any person who has rendered conspicuous and exceptional service to Army Football will be eligible as an honorary member hereof by the unanimous vote of the directors present at any regular meeting of the BOD as long as a quorum is met (five of the nine officers). An honorary member will have all the privileges of a regular member of this activity, but will not be permitted to vote at club meetings, will not serve on committees or hold office and will not be required to pay club dues. Other expenses such as attendance at the annual golf outing and other social events must be borne by the honorary member.
