We know that those of you who have attended in the past have been waiting for word on the 2011 Annual Golf Tournament. The committee has been hard at work for the last months and with everything now finalized, the only thing missing is you.

  As we did last year, the quickest, easiest way to be sure you are registered is to use our secure online registration. Be sure that you are a current member of the AFC before your register at the member rate. If you are not sure of your membership status, check the list attached which shows members as of May 11, 2011.

Be sure to register early, hotel rooms in the area will be at a premium as the Prep School has their R Day on Monday, July 18th and we believe some parents will arrive on Saturday, July 16th in order to have time to look around West Point. The list of hotels in the area is included in the paper form and on a webpage in the online site.
