NOTE -- If you would like to pay for the Golf Tournament by credit card, please put your information (name as it appears on card, credit card number, expiration date) on the back of your registration form. For some reason we neglected to give you a place for this on the registration form.

Below are the links to the four documents you need for this years Golf Tournament. And they are:

1. The PowerPoint pages that tell you all about the AFC Annual Golf Tournament, golfing rules, schedule and the all new Porker Tourney on Friday night.

2. The AFC '09 Golf Tournament Registration in two document types. The first page of each form is complete information on contact, payment, hotel etc. The second page is your complete registration form which you will need to return with your payment.

Ths first registration form below is an Excel spreadsheet that you can open and save to your computer. You can then fill out the form by tabbing to each of the required fields. Typing is easier than writing, especially because we need to be able to read your form.

The second registration form is a PDF document for those who want to print it out easily, fill out and return.

3. The third document is information on the Annual Friends4 Michael Golf Tournament which will be held on Friday, July 17th. The document has all the information and how to get to the website to register.

4. The fourth document is a 16 page listing of everyone who is currently (as of May 15, 2009) a dues paid member of the Army Football Club. Check the listing first to see the status of your membership before you send in your registration fee at the member rate.
