We are excited to Open the Registration portal for the 2025 AFC Golf & Guns Gathering III
We are pleased to report that Registration will be through our own website, rather than the BirdEase system, which we’ve used in recent years. This way you can log in to our website using the same username and password you always do. You will also be able to log back in to become a sponsor or purchase additional swag, after your initial registration!
This year’s event is
Friday July 11 & Saturday July 12 and the Golfing will be at the
NEW GOLF CLUBHOUSE!!
The event is a little earlier than usual this year, so don’t wait to register as the
DEADLINE is Friday June 13th!

EARLY BIRD SPECIAL: We are offering an
Early Bird Special this year to all those who register
NLT 1700 hours on Sunday May 18th.
After May 18th, prices will increase and some Swag will no longer be available due to lead time to order and embroider.
SWAG OPTIONS: Speaking of SWAG, this year’s offerings are AWESOME!!! We have listened to feedback from members and as a result, we are offering some
PREMIUM UPGRADES and
Ala Carte items for those who wish to purchase some name brands. Of course we will still have a very affordable standard swag bag, but this year, a
Premium Bag with all
NIKE DriFit apparel will be available for an upgrade.
NAME BRAND OFFERINGS: We will also have AFC embroidered clothing offerings from
Peter Millar and
Brooks Brothers. We have several other nice items this year, but you’ll have to login to check everything out.

CUSTOM CIGAR STATION: BTW, you
cigar smokers may be interested in an upscale
AFC Cigar Case/Kit, especially since we are planning to have a

ARMY-NAVY RAFFLE: We will also have an
upgraded Army vs Navy package to be raffled. You do not need to be present to win. We will raffle some tickets to attendees only, but we will also reserve some tickets and packages for online purchasers only.
